Established in 1999, The Dynamic Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to charitable service and the preservation of traditional Chinese culture in the San Francisco Bay Area. We focus on enriching the social and spiritual well-being of Chinese American seniors through ongoing programs such as calligraphy classes, lectures, cultural events and art exhibitions that foster connection and lifelong learning.

From 2001 to 2015, the foundation built 102 Hope Elementary and Middle Schools in impoverished rural regions across mainland China, providing children with access to stable educational opportunities. Since 2018, we have extended our support to children of low-income farming families in Chhatarpur District of Madhya Pradesh, India, by providing nutritious lunches and assistance with medical expenses.

Beginning in our second year, the foundation has also published a quarterly magazine distributed to registered members, encouraging seniors to contribute and share their life stories, reflections, and experiences, strengthening community bonds and cultural continuity.
